If you have an existing home to sell, it may be important to get a market analysis of the value of your home from a professional Realtor®. This does not obligate you to list your home at that time, but their opinions will be important to you in determining the value of your existing home. We recommend the services of the Michael Nemecek Group of KELLER WILLIAMS.

If you have not chosen a lot, Michael can also provide you with details on lots Atkins Family Builders owns. We also have special arrangements with many developers to purchase lots at preferred pricing.
